As East Africa’s Longest Established & Premier Annual Humanitarian Conference/ Expo for Aid, Development and Procurement, EAHS Nairobi 2025 will take place at UN headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya from the 02nd to the 03rd of October 2025.
The East African Humanitarian Conference’s offer a combination of exhibition space, keynote address, plenary sessions and matchmaking, private one on one meetings enabling you to showcase & present your solutions directly to key decision-makers and procurement experts.
With over 80 leading UN Agencies/NGOs in attendance. EAHS Nairobi 2025 will present attendees with a unique opportunity for the Private Sector to engage with senior representatives from the UN And Government Agencies, Development Banks, National & International NGOs, Civil Societies, Research Institutes, Media & all Key Stakeholder, to gain a better understanding of the complex challenges confronting the region, and the partnership and procurement opportunities available.

It has been a privilege to attend this important East African Humanitarian Summit. This humanitarian summit is very informative, with the panels which are very high in terms of knowledge and in terms of participants. A good opportunity …to interact with those private and public and even organizations…I want to thank the organizers. The summit was very successful. This is my first time at EAHS and I have to tell everybody, it was brilliant. For those of you who haven’t attended before, I highly recommend it. The conference is fantastic, from the setup to the ability to have one-on-one (meetings) with the various humanitarian agencies, fantastic. It is truly one of the best conferences I’ve attended in the 30 years that I’ve been here in Africa.

…This conference has made good strides in closing that gap and improving the collaboration between the private and public sector. The gathering, the participants, meeting all those participants was really wonderful. Lot of companies, vendors who were present here, they were very much interested to do business with the United Nations system, and it was great opportunity to…do more business with the United Nations system…a win-win situation because that brings more effectiveness in procurement. Panelists were well-chosen, they were well-educated, knowledgeable and their contribution and active comments and participation in the discussion was providing a good insight on the particular topic. There were huge number present here. It was a very big successful summit, I can say. I really thank to the organizers, especially to Mr. Cameron who has managed to organize this summit here and who has successfully able to invite all these people across the world.
